Please tell us the year established and brief history of AttractSoft GmbH?
Officially AttractSoft GmbH was established on 17 Jan. 2006 but the history of the company dates back in Nov 2003 when the first hosting company of the Alliance - Zetta Hosting Solutions Ltd. was established.
The Alliance currently numbers 40 employees separated in two office settings in Kiel - Germany and Sofia - Bulgaria. We are pushing a stable growth for more than four years now that guarantees our ongoing development of even higher quality services and increasing customer satisfaction. We offer a complete suite of professional web hosting services, domain name registration, 24x7 phone, email/ticket customer support.
Our division for Enterprise services&solutions for e-commerce and online-shopping is also very strong and reputable. We have designed, developed and maintain the online-shopping system of one the biggest German market players for online e-commerce warehouse.

We offer stability, utmost level of service and personally oriented customer care. We never leave an issue, if any, unresolved!

Every day is a challenge, there are no less and more challenging aspects in business, everything is important if you wish your company to be successful and last. What I have learned is that you have to deal with care about your customers, as well as to your team, other wise they will both turn around and everything will go wrong.

We are proud to say that we are one of the major players on the Web Hosting market thanks to our in-house developed hosting platform.
We are able to support with ease more than 1 million free advanced web hosting users with PHP&MySQL and keep steadily to enlarge our paid customer base.
What new features have AttractSoft GmbH added for its customers in the past year?
In the past year we have added so many features for your customers that it is a very uneasy task to quote them all.
I would rather point out that our web hosting control panel currently has 37 control sections that facilitate the hosting process it its maximum.

The Number 1 asset for our customers is that we are not some cheap labor company and have been in the IT business for long, we are profitable and we plan to be here long so they can feel secure and protected with us.
Where do you see AttractSoft GmbH and the web hosting industry in three years?
Of course everyone hopes for the best for the future and we do not make an exception. We believe that in the next three years we should be able to hit the landmark of 1 million paid customers. As for the web hosting industry I think that only the innovative and most flexible companies will stay in business because the technology is changing fast and the user requirements are growing even faster.

We are now hosting more than 1 million free users and more than 10 000 paid users.
Do you own your own datacenter?
Yes, we have rented 2/3 of LambdaNet's datacenter facility in Kiel, Germany and own all communication equipment, servers, racks etc hardware. We also have servers in Huston Texas, USA and of course test, development and transit platforms in Sofia, Bulgaria.
