I've never had a relationship with a hosting company before Codero. They have treated me like a valued customer: They assigned a customer rep to watch my account and HE KNOWS MY NAME! He calls me when there are problems, not the other way around.

They are very flexible and understanding. I had a payment deadline extended by a week due to some problems with my business. They didn't shut my server down, but simply gave me more time to pay it.

Their support goes beyond their scope to help often (can''t ask anyone to do too much when you don''t pay for managed hosting).

I can't recommend another company for dedicated servers. In the 6 years I've been fighting with server companies: the past year and a half has been a breath of fresh air!
