Their control panel is a custom application designed in-house, includes integrated billing and a support ticket system, and has received rave reviews from some customers.

What we like: Technicians resolved the issue really fast. They applied proper solution on the issue we raised. Live Chat and phone option is also available. But only for those with the premium "call-back" support option or with VPS accounts.
What needs improvement: Live Chat and phone option should be available 24x7 for all customers.

What we like: DreamHost has designed user friendly website. All their plans are cost effective and included all the important features. We tested the VPS one and worked great for us.
