What we like: Extremely pleased with how the website explains the services and technology. It was an educational process that was well laid out and presented.

We also liked the live chat option, great way to get our questions answered quickly and efficiently. The Skype call-me-back service was excellent too!
What needs improvement: Would be good to see 24/7 sales.

The 24/7 supported service includes a library of mission grade software, including Tomcat, GlassFish, JBoss, Liferay Portal, Drupal, Ruby on Rails, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
