What we like: With headquarters in the UK and datacenters located in the US, Just Host has established an excellent base to cater towards a worldwide clientele.

Not too often seen, we were impressed with how Just Host caters to clientele across the world. When conducting our first review from a US test server we were presented with hosting plans in US currency and a US Toll-Free phone number to reach sales/support.

The second test from our UK test server presented a totally different look, with all pricing and phone numbers reflecting the UK clientele.

By making these subtle changes, it made it easier for us to reach out to Just Host with our pre-sales questions.
What needs improvement: sales@ email instead of support@ (which doubles up as both) would be nice to see along with an online submit form.

What we like: It was nice to see each support issues handled by an actual person and not an auto-response or pre-defined reply.

The support queries we made were responded quickly and resolved within a timely fashion.
What needs improvement: None at this time.
Plans / Features Review Grade: A
What we like: UNLIMITED everything.....well almost! The shared hosting plan truly tries to cater to everyone.

The list of features is extensive and allows most web users to attain all their website goals under the one plan.
What needs improvement: None at this time.

What we like: You can't get much easier to find what your looking for at the Just Host website. Very clean, slick and professional company/site.
What needs improvement: None at this time.
