What we like: |
NaviSite wants to ensure the server experience is met with total satisfaction.
On all servers deployed they include RAID, Monitoring and Management, OS Patching and Anti-Virus software.
A team of highly qualified (in both Linux and Windows) technicians are available 24/7 to assist. We utilized the Toll-Free Phone and Ticket System and were rather surprised at how fast responses were.
Even in weird hours of the night, we did not encounter any problems reaching a technician. |

Live Chat Support, even if its for a follow up on a ticket submitted would be a nice feature to have available. |

If you land on the main dedicated server website (DedicatedHosting.NaviSite.com) you will notice its very well designed and mapped out.
We had no problems viewing the server configurations available and what was included. |

What needs improvement: |
There is a distinct difference between the corporate website www.navisite.com and dedicatedhosting.navisite.com, although its not made clear on both.
The corporate website (www.navisite.com) seems to differ from the dedicated server website (dedicatedhosting.navisite.com), seems rather confusing. |
