Associates we talked with were extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.
They were able to determine what path to go down and how to go about implementing the tools into our business. |

What needs improvement: |
Live Chat Sales, recommended for support as well. We would like to see this tool implemented to answer those quick and easy questions that most often don't require too much effort. |

We preferred the phone option although we found all incidents were met with great response and resolution times. |
