We started migrating to SoftLayer in late 2010 for a test run after looking for a stable platform. Since January the migration has been completed and we haven't looked back since.

There sales were helpful with prior questions, support has been Excellent at tweaking anything and their platform is Awesome! Not only do we have control over any aspect required, we can private link between data centers and so much more. Our platform has been rock solid, any item of question is answered with a friendly non technical solution. Predictable from knowing your connections are solid and knowing that any issue that has come up as far as a little latency is rectified shortly following.

After being with several others, we have found SoftLayer to be a notch above when it comes to providing us with the platform we need to deliver solid services for our clientele.
