Host Introduction WiredTree was formed in June 2006 to set a new standard for managed dedicated and VPS hosting. A managed hosting environment that not only supported clients at all levels, but also provided a true value.

To realize this goal they created a modernized internal support structure to better handle client issues and to ensure fast resolution of incidents. Having years of experience in the industry, they knew what worked and what did not. Using this information to build a new system which would help deliver enhanced and streamlining support experience.

WiredTree designed a network that utilizes two logically separated networks, a public Internet network and a private internal network. This modern “network-within-a-network” design allows them to securely provide a wide range of services not available at other providers including advanced service monitoring and server performance metrics. Choosing Chicago as their datacenter location allows usage of reliable and high performance bandwidth providers ensures their public network performance delivers low latency globally.

What we like: Reaching sales was quick and easy. We tested both the toll-free number and sales@ email. We were extremely happy with the response and information provided to questions.
What needs improvement: We would like to see a live chat option added to the site.
Support Review Grade: A
What we like: We tested all three options provided (phone, email/ticket) and were welcomed with good resolutions in all three. Times varied due to the complexity of the issue, however in all cases the resolution was spot on.
What needs improvement: Live Chat support.
Plans / Features Review Grade: A
What we like: Managed Support included with all plans/servers including server hardening: www.wiredtree.com/supportservices/servershield.php
What needs improvement: None at this time.
Usability Review Grade: A
What we like: We found navigation and locating all the important information was effortless. The order forms were also very informative and not misleading which was a huge plus.
What needs improvement: A company blog/forum option would be a great feature to see. New customers could get to know WiredTree via the blog and customers can interact with staff members via the forum.
Conclusion Grade: A
Through the use of the latest advances in server-grade hardware, such as the latest dual-core processors, SATA II, IPMI 2.0, SA-SCSI, fully buffered memory and 1000Mbps Ethernet ports, WiredTree ensures that they can meet the growing needs of the hosting industry today and into the future.

The final result is the offerings provided at WiredTree are reliable, advanced, and secure.
