We were able to locate everything we needed on their website, although a quick live chat and phone call were placed to follow up with a few items.
First off, we were impressed with how well their sales staffed knew the linux platform and features included.
We presented a few items that we would like from the hosting platform and they were very knowledgeable and informative, plus were able to offer tips on what would work best for our website needs. |

While VPS has provided customers with a medium between Shared and Dedicated, we particularly liked seeing the semi-dedicated option. Providing those customers who are exceeding their VPS needs, although still don't require a dedicated server this option is perfect.
