This company has to be the best in the business. I have rarely had an issue that was not resolved in minutes and those were resolved in hours when other companies take days. From a technological standpoint, AIT allows acces to more of the server than most, which is incredible; but, what they do not allow access to is resolved in hours when I expected the repairs to take days or longer to complete based on experience from previous hosting companies. Finally, their customer service is impeccable regardless of the time of day or night and/or who is working at that time.
Overall, great company!
