I've hosted with AIT since '07 and have no interest in hosting elsewhere. I've had outstanding uptime and very few issues that required support. When I have, they've responded quickly and efficiently to resolve the issue. Support is available 24/7 and I know because I've contacted them a few times over the years after midnight and there techs were there to get them resolved. Highly recommended.
