Beware: other customers / potential customers of Fozzy, read on if you do not wish to be deceived by Fozzy. I have been encountering numerous technical issues with the email server hosted by Fozzy. Every time they were 'resolved' but same issue will return without fail. I was advised to migrate to new server in June 2017, it was claimed to have been done. Just last month in April when the issue resurfaced, I was again advised to migrate the server and was told my email was still hosted in the old server! Giving them the benefit of doubt, they told me that all mail services had been migrated to the new server. now 1 month later in May 2018, I am facing the same technical issues. I am told my email service is still in the old server! this is really appalling. it's no longer a genuine mistake. it is deceitful information provided to customer where false promises were made not once but twice. but at the back end, nothing is done really. Until now nothing has been resolved.
