I've been w/Host Duplex since May 2009 and they have gone above and beyond what I would have expected from my host. My old host went belly up overnight and my site along with tons of others were gone. After quite a few days they were "bought out" by a host with horrible reviews. I was already transferring to Host Duplex when my site came online again. Host Duplex plugged away and kept pulling my site over while the other host was throttling speeds and turning switches on and off so people couldn't leave them. I run a personal digital scrapbooking store and we deal with large zip files. They kept going until they pulled all of my stuff over. My site was up and running like nothing had happened. Since then I've had no down time that I have noticed. Sam and the guys are always on in the background and someone gets right back to me within minutes of submitting a question. I'm on a shared plan right now but am upgrading to a xen server this month because I'm pushing the edge of my
