Contacting KnownHost sales department is extremely easy and helpful. We tested the live chat operator, questions regarding the linux VPS were answered with good insight and knowledge of the system. Phone and email were met with the same, quick effective and professional. |

What we like: |
An in-depth knowledge into virtual environments is a key and we placed support to the test with the Linux VPS box we tested. We reached out to support in a number of ways (email and ticket system) and got a response within minutes and resolution within 30 minutes. |

KnownHost offers a good selection of Managed VPS, Hybrid and Dedicated Servers. With Virtuozzo and cPanel options available, you can be sure to configure a plan to meet your needs.
We particularly liked how you can select your plan from two different and distinct locations (Dallas, Texas & Los Angeles, California). |

What needs improvement: |
KnownHost works on a niche market and they do a great job at servicing the virtual market. We will ask if they have plans of a cloud solution, seem it would be an easy addition based on the current infrastructure. |
