For the past three years we have used Maxterhost to host an OpenCart-based B2B wholesale online store. The experience (customer service and technical setup) has been so positive, that we decided to move our newly developed WordPress-based (WooCommerce) B2C retail stores from Cloudways to Maxterhost as well (the URL provided is our new site under development) and upgrade to a managed VPS plan. In the beginning we had some problems fine-tuning and setting up a caching and backup plugin. So in the end they practically did it for us and the results were penominal (286% speed increase so far, and we are not even half way done yet). Automatic backups that are run daily and stored on an external server are a core feature that we didn't realize exist until they pointed it out to us. I just could go on and on.
