I opened an account with MifiHost only few months ago, and have been experimenting with their premium website builder. Before opening the account I contacted Support using the interactive Support Chat feature. Within a minute I was talking to someone who obviously knew the product and was very helpful with my pre-sale queries. Yesterday, I screwed up my website, and again used interactive Support Chat. Brilliant! Again, I was connected within a minute. The Support person was quick, polite and very helpful. He changed some settings for me and it was all sorted within minutes. And - he didn't make me feel stupid for messing up in the first place!
