What we like: Windows hosting by rule is very expensive. So it is refreshing to see a quality provider with lower prices offering Windows hosting.

Sales was fast and efficient.
What needs improvement: Phone sales would be nice, but with the fast response this is not required. Overall satisfied with sales response.

What we like: With a large customer base, being to the point is a priority to WinHost. Easy to find and use forms are ready and monitored 24 hours a day.
What needs improvement: Would like to see live chat and/or phone support.

What we like: Plans offer a lot of features for the price. You get two months free hosting when going with the annual plan. All plans are the same except for disk, storage, and FTP users. Prices start at $4.95/mo.

What needs improvement: Only annual and quarterly billing available. Would be nice to get a monthly plan (even if priced a bit higher) so you can be a month to month customer.

What needs improvement: Would like to see some real pictures on site of the data center and employees to give it a more personal feel.
