We currently have a VPS hosted with ZipServers and love it! Scott Corbin is awesome and bent over backwards to get us everything we needed. He really wants to build a relationship, not just be a robot behind a desk that only tries to sell you a server. Zip will work with you after the sale, and check up on how you're doing. They really know what it means to build a client-supplier relationship and really care about making sure you have everything you need.

We've had NO downtime since moving to them from one of those "animal" hosts that shall remain nameless. Every issue we encounter is solved within hours, and a response to tickets is received within minutes.
