Herndon, VA – Northern Virginia-based data center and managed colocation provider InfoRelay announced its release of a new customer portal earlier this week. This new portal will enable customers to keep track of their servers, network devices, racks, and cages. The portal includes the capacity to remotely reboot servers even with multiple power supplies connected to different managed power distribution units (PDU’s). The use of a managed PDU allows clients to completely restart a system without having to enter the data center to do so. The InfoRelay Customer Portal helps to prevent mistakes by allowing users to restart servers by name.

Customers will be able to review their support packages terms and monthly support usage in the portal. This will allow customers to take full advantage of any support package that they have and more easily control their support costs. Additionally, customers will be able to view and update their list authorized users to help them maintain their security.

This latest upgrade is part of a larger infrastructure growth initiative announced earlier last year. With the completion of the customer portal, clients will have access to accurate and up to date statuses of worklogs and equipment.
