You’ll have no issues beginning with XLHost as they make it very simple to get in touch with them, get the answers you need and receive the services you desire. We tested both phone and live chat options, and were very impressed with how we were treated. Of course, it also helped that we got all our questions answered, too. When we worked with them through email or opening a ticket, we also found that XLHost’s personnel were attentive and helpful. |

What we like: |
We were able to get a feel for XLHost’s support side when it came to the server configuration process and installation of our applications. Their technical team left nothing to be desired where support was concerned. This will be extremely helpful for companies going through this situation for the first time or migrating over to XLHost as they were attentive in the setup phase of our agreement.
Chances are you’ll have lots of questions that will require professional assistance and we’re confident they’ll have the answers you need. Even if you've been down this road before, it still helps to know you can rely on a company’s support team.
At one point during our testing process, we ran into a mysql database issue. Impressively, XLHost’s team was able to resolve it within 30 minutes. |
